Signing in to OzzyBet
The sign-in flow itself is simple; most trouble comes from password resets and two-factor codes. Here's how to fix both.
Standard sign-in
Enter the email or username you registered with, plus your password. If two-factor authentication is enabled — recommended for any account holding funds — you'll be prompted for a one-time code from your authenticator app or SMS.
Forgot your password
Use the "Forgot password" link on the sign-in screen. A reset email arrives within a couple of minutes for most inboxes; check spam if it doesn't show up. The reset link typically expires after an hour, so request a fresh one if you've waited too long.
Locked out after failed attempts
Repeated failed password attempts trigger a temporary lock for security. Wait the cooldown period shown on screen, or contact support if the account remains locked past that window.
Why does my session keep logging out?
Some browsers clear session cookies aggressively in private/incognito mode — sign in in a standard window if this keeps happening.
